Dandelion Jelly



We picked oodles of dandelion flowers and made this beautiful jelly. We loosely followed this recipe. The natural color is lovely and it tastes very similar to honey. Lots of work, but sooo good! The oldest two girls have already picked me another quart of blossoms to make another batch!

  1. Oh wow - this fascinates me! Dandelion jelly.... wow. I see they are now busy with tests that are showing that dandelion cures some forms of cancer - maybe the jelly will help too :)

    Do you have any gem squash seeds that I could buy from you? I am an ex South African and sooo miss that veggie! I had some a few years ago, but they got mildewed :( Please let me know if you do - ibannie@gmail.com
